Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using BusyDad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

BusyDad is a personal life admin app. You can capture unstructured input (text, voice, photos, files, links) and the app organises it into structured entries with reminders.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account.
You are responsible for your account security.
One account per person. Do not share your account.

4. Subscriptions

BusyDad offers a 14-day free trial with full access.
After the trial, a paid subscription is required for AI capture features.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play.
You can cancel at any time via Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
Existing data remains accessible (read-only) after cancellation.

5. AI Processing

Your input is processed by Google Gemini AI to extract structured data.
AI results are suggestions — always review before saving.
We are not responsible for incorrect AI interpretations.

6. Your Content

You own all content you create in BusyDad.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the service.
We do not use your content for advertising or training AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use BusyDad to:

Store illegal content
Attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the service
Circumvent usage limits

8. Limitation of Liability

BusyDad is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that reminders will always fire on time. We are not liable for missed reminders, lost data due to device failure, or incorrect AI processing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Privacy & Data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
